The pressure type proportioning device consists of foam liquid pressure tank and foam proportioner. It is a device for storing foam liquid and mixing foam liquid and water in a certain proportion.
1, Characteristics of pressure type proportional mixing device
1. The system does not need to be equipped with a separate foam liquid pump, but can directly borrow fire pressure water to drive foam liquid, saving equipment costs.
2. The mixing ratio is accurate and stable, which can ensure a better mixing ratio for foam fire extinguishing and make the fire extinguishing fast and reliable.
3. The pressure loss is small, which can ensure that the foam at the end of the system generates the pressure required by the equipment.
4. The foam liquid and water are separated by capsules, and the foam liquid will not become invalid due to one-time use. Easy to use, debug, and conduct daily testing.

6. There are foam concentrate tanks with various capacities and mixers with different flow ratios, which can meet the needs of various foam production equipment.

2, Working principle of pressure type proportional mixing device
The pressure type foam proportioning device is composed of foam liquid storage tank, capsule, pressure type proportioner, safety valve, control valve, level gauge and some auxiliary parts. When the fire pressure water flows through the equipment, the proportional mixer will divide it proportionally, and a small part of the water will enter the interlayer of the foam liquid storage tank with capsules, squeeze the capsules, and the replaced foam liquid will be mixed with the fire water of other main pipes to form a certain proportion of foam mixture, which will be delivered to the foam production equipment.
The pressure type foam proportional mixing device is applicable to all kinds of foam liquid with a mixing ratio of 3% or 6%. The device is widely used in the water spray foam combined system in oil depot tank farm, chemical plant, aircraft hangar, oil field, fuel power plant, boiler room, underground garage, dangerous goods warehouse, chemical products warehouse and other places.
