CCS, BV, ABS Approved 600m3/h, 1200m3/h, 2400m3/h marine external fire fighting fifi system is the marine external fire fighting system (FIFI). It is a necessary fire fighting equipment for external fire fighting of rescue ships, fire fighting ships, and oilfield guard ships, tug boats, work boats, patrol ships, maritime ships etc. It generates large flow and high pressure fire fighting water through fire pumps to supply fire-fighting water cannons for effective external fire fighting, and widely used in inland rivers, coastal ports as tugboats, full-time fireboats and offshore platform supply. It is a professional fire extinguishing system used to extinguish ship fires externally.
The FI-FI system is including following core components:
1. Fire pump ( It can be driven by independent diesel engine, for above 2400m3/h, we recommend to drive by main engine to save space)
2. Fire monitors (Remote control, 360 degree rotation, jet and fog spray type)
3. Control system
4. Foam propotioner (Optional)
5. Water curtain system (Optional) : The water curtain system flow capacity is calculated according to the protection area of the ships, it can protect the ship from the fire when it is fighting for the fires from the other vessels.
The fire pump sets is composed of fire pump and diesel engine / electric motor, they are installed on a same stainless steel base frame and then installed in the engine room of the ships which is lower than the water level. The fire monitors can be sea water monitor and sea water and foam monitor, they are usually installed on the decks and controlled through control panel in bridge or remote controller.
The FIFI System had passed the Certification of BV, ABS, CCS and DNV. It can be controlled in wheel house through the main panel, and also can be controlled remotely by wireless control unit . The function buttons on panel can be customerized too.
